Functional description Three operating modes: manual (MAN), automatic (AUTO) and program editor (EDIT)
In manual mode (MANUAL) you can:
move the machine manually
Initialize the axes (define the coordinate of the current position), if necessary define the machine zero point by reference travel
move the axis with the "Home" key to the reference point to define the zero position
the manual mode (MANUAL) enables the respective motor to be moved with the "Start" / " Stop" keys on the keyboard or with the external keys connected to the controller (left / right)
In automatic mode (AUTO) you can:
carry out the automatic processing of the programs
select the program number using the arrows on the keyboard: [3] and [6] until the desired program number appears
To set the number of repetitions for the program, press the [C] key, followed by the number of repetitions, which is confirmed by pressing [ENTER]. The program can then be started by pressing the [START] key.
the program can be interrupted and continued with the [STOP] and [START] keys
a stopped program can be canceled with the (Mode) key

the number of programs depends on the amount of information you put in, if the programs are short, you can of course create a lot more programs. Approx. 20 programs with 25 lines each are considered as reference

The controller has an “ESTOP” output for an external emergency stop switch, which can be used to stop the system at any time.
If you neutralize the emergency stop switch and the coordinates have not been changed, you can continue the program by pressing the “Start” button.
