- It is an advanced unit for controlling CNC machines such as milling machines and plotters. The product is designed for professional machining applications.
- The 4-axis CNC motion controller PROFI D5 contains an intuitive and user-friendly software, with which our company CNC PROFI has spent 4 years in design and 20 years of experience.
- The axes can be moved in MANUEL mode using a pressure switch or in the MPG-Modus with an external handwheel.
- The work in MDI mode is controlled on the basis of standard ISO G-codes, which we can enter manually or we can prepare a program of G-codes in AUTO-mode, for example with the Cad Cam program.
- Syntax checking, G-code analysis, G-code path preview and real-time tracking are some of the important features of our controller.
- In the program we have a preview of the tool path - visualization. The machining parameters such as feed rate or spindle speed can be easily corrected with potentiometer as required.
- Display in the languages - German, Polish, English, selectable in the setting parameter.
- The control works with Step Dir 5V signal so that servo or stepper motors can be controlled.
